As you do, relish your clarity,
calmness
and stability.
Breathe back into it,
if you lose your place.
For this sacred space is always available
to anchor you in peace and certainty.
Even if the world around you feels like it is going a million miles an hour,
your breath can carry you
to this space of self-love and grounding.
Call upon it often
