Spring Cleaning of the Heart

Dearest One,

To forgive is to give back the energy
bound up in an experience judged as bad or negative.

When your heart hangs on to these,
your mind replays the upset and scene
over and over,
thereby, supercharging the event.

When you forgive, it is a spring cleaning in your heart.
The energy is reset and new again;
ready to create a different experience.
Your mind is freed up to be used as an imagination center
instead of a robotic drone stuck in the same program.

If you only knew the miracles that occur
when you set yourself free by forgiving,
you would not hesitate to let go and be in the flow.

Call upon me and your Heavenly Helpers to assist you
in releasing any trapped energy of unforgiveness.
