Tap it into your body and anchor it into you.

Know you are never lost, for love is only a heartbeat away.

Turn from the sadness into yourself. Connect to the Spirit living through you. Find the glimmer of Light within, for it is always there…even in the darkness.

You are always loved, whole and complete. Do not allow the illusions of this earthly experience fog the Truth.

You are indeed a Divine Being of Light.

Feel it.

Know it.
