loving and creative.

even if you think you’ve lost your direct connection
to feeling that way easily.

Life can bring you many twists and turns,
and while this can distract you from your true nature,
it can never remove you completely from it.

To regain your childlike qualities,
there are many ways you can strengthen your connection.
Be in nature.
Listen to children laughing.
Run, jump and play.
Blow bubbles.
Create pictures in the sand.
Look at the clouds.
Notice the shapes
and stories in them.

Be yourself.

Use your imagination and your faculties
to engage your senses in merriment.

There are endless ways to feel alive.
Relish this feeling of freedom and creative expression.
This will bring you home to yourself.

You are a Divine Child.
Always have been.
Always will be.
And you are forever cherished.
