3 Essentials to Creating Real Connection with Your Ideal Clients Through Your Online Copy, Part 1
Meeting someone in person is a great way to establish a connection with them, but it’s not the only way. You can also establish a real connection with your prospective clients through your online copy.
The first essential key to creating this kind of connection is to really know and understand your ideal client. How can you do this?
Think about one of your ideal clients who has had great results working with you or using your services or products. Keep the picture of that one client in your mind. What is she or he like? How would you describe her personality, values, lifestyle, and character traits? If you are just starting out, use your imagination to think about what you would like your ideal client to be like. Write this down to help you develop your ideal client avatar. You will use this avatar to write your website copy and email to as if you are writing directly to him/her. This will help you to create connection with the reader, personalize your message and keep your language warm and engaging.
A powerful way to really help build a deeper connection is to think about how great it was to work with your ideal client. What lit you up about their transformation? What touched your heart about their breakthrough? What did you feel when they had great results with your service/product? Tune into that feeling to begin to expand and celebrate it. You are creating an energetic connection with your ideal client and expanding the energy to attract more of them.
One of the biggest stumbling blocks I see spiritual entrepreneurs wrestle with time and time again is choosing a niche and being specific with their message. Often, this seems counterintuitive to the spiritual entrepreneur because there can be a tendency to want to serve everyone and leave no one behind. The truth is you can’t nor are you meant to serve everyone. You are here to serve those who will most benefit from your gifts and are in energetic alignment to you. When you are specific with your message, your ideal clients can much more easily find you, understand what you do and more quickly raise their hand to working with you.
